A real estate firm located in Oceanside, California focused on providing excellent service to their clients during their home buying and/or selling journey.

TLR was looking for both a buying and selling guide they could give to their clients as an attachment in an email or a printed booklet. The main goal was to design something that was aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate, and made understanding the process as seamless as possible.

Their goal is to communicate their expertise, attention to detail and knowledge in all areas of the real estate process.
